Board of Directors
Dr. YAN Yan閆 衍 博士Chairman
Dr. Yan is the Chairman and CEO of China Chengxin International Credit Rating Company Limited (“CCXI”). He also serves as a Director of the Association of Credit Rating Agencies in Asia and works as executive committee member of the Federation of Industry and Commerce of Dongcheng District of Beijing. Meanwhile, Dr. Yan serves as the Assistant Dean of the Economic Research Institute of Renmin University of China, as well as the Vice Chairman of China Macro Economy Forum. He is also a Distinguished Advisor of MBA Education Center at the Graduate College of Chinese Academy of Social Sciences. Dr. Yan graduated from Renmin University of China in 1999 with a PhD Degree in Economics.
 
Mr. SHAO Jinhong邵津宏 先生Executive Director & Chief Executive Officer
Mr. Shao is currently the Executive Vice President of China Chengxin International Credit Rating Company Limited (“CCXI”). Prior to joining CCXI in 2005, Mr. Shao worked in commercial banking and gained 20 years of domestic and overseas credit risk management experience. Mr. Shao holds a Master's Degree in Accounting and Finance from Macquarie University in Australia. 
 
Dr. YANG Junhao楊珺皓 博士  CFA, FRMResponsible Officer, Executive Director & Vice President
Dr. Yang is the Vice President of CCXAP, responsible for rating technology and market research, as well as investor services. Before that he was a veteran investment banker with more than 10 years’ experience in financial industry and had worked in Guotai Junan Securities and China Merchants Securities. Dr. Yang holds a Master Degree in Finance from The University of Sydney, a PhD Degree in Finance from Central Queensland University and gets the postdoctoral fellowship from Renmin University of China in Applied Economics.
 
Mr. Philip LI李永權 先生Director & Senior Advisor

Mr. Li is Council Member of The Hang Seng University of Hong Kong and Vice Chairman of Finance Committee of the university; External Member of the Advisory Committee for the two master programmes for belt and road countries offered by Chu Hai College of Higher Education; Independent Non-executive Director of Principal Insurance Company (Hong Kong) Limited; and a current financial columnist of Hong Kong Economic Times, having written more than 900 column articles on the global and regional financial and economic issues since 1998.

 

Mr. Li has over 30 years’ experience in the Hong Kong debt capital market. He was Senior Vice President (Finance) of The Hong Kong Mortgage Corporation Limited, Head of Global Capital Markets and Executive Director of IBJ Asia Limited (now Mizuho Securities Co., Ltd.). Mr. Li had served the Hong Kong community as Chairman of the Hong Kong Capital Markets Association, Associate Member of the Central Policy Unit of the Government of Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, Member of the Hong Kong Trade Development Council’s Financial Advisory Committee, Member of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange Debt Listing Reform Working Group, Member of the Debt Reform Working Group under the Financial Service and the Treasury Department and President of the Hong Kong Baseball Association.

 

Mr. LI holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Social Sciences (Sociology and Economics) from The Chinese University of Hong Kong.

 
Ms. YU Hong Ying于宏英 女士Director
Ms. Yu is President of China Chengxin Investment Group Company Limited. Ms. Yu joined the China Chengxin Group in 1993. Before joining the Group, she worked with the Beijing Mining Administration. Ms. Yu holds an EMBA Degree from Wuhan University.
 
Mr. REN Weihong任偉紅 先生Director
Mr. Ren is Executive Vice President of China Chengxin International Credit Rating Company Limited (“CCXI”). He has presided over the credit rating work of corporate bonds, short-term financing bonds and medium-term notes, as well as the formulation of credit rating standards and methods. He has extensive experience in the credit rating industry. Mr. Ren holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Mathematics from Nankai University and a Master’s Degree in Finance from Wuhan University.
 
Ms. QIN Yuan秦媛 女士Director
Ms. Qin is currently the Executive Vice President of China Chengxin International Credit Rating Company Limited (“CCXI”). Ms. Qin joined the China Chengxin Group in 2000. Before joining the Group, she was the Partner of Beijing Associate Asset Appraisal Firm and Head of Accountant of Zibo Zhoucun Economic and Technological Development Zone Administrative Committee. Ms. Qin holds a Master’s Degree in Accountancy from the Capital University of Economics and Bachelor’s Degree in Material Accounting from Shaanxi Institute of Finance and Economics.

Ms. ZHANG Guo張果 女士Responsible Officer & Vice President
Ms. Zhang joined China Chengxin Credit Rating Group in 2002. Ms. Zhang was Director of Credit Ratings in China Chengxin Shenzhen since 2010. Ms. Zhang holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance and an MBA Degree from Zhongnan University of Economics and Law.
 
Ms. Elle HU胡辰雯 女士Responsible Officer & Executive Director of Credit Ratings
Ms. Hu joined CCXAP in 2014.  Before that she was a Risk Manager at Bank of China (Hong Kong) and a Senior Credit Risk Manager at Chiyu Banking Corporation. She is a CFA charterholder and holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering from The Chinese University of Hong Kong and a Master’s Degree in Finance from The University of Hong Kong.
