CCXAP assigns first-time long-term credit rating of BBBg- to Chengdu Jianzhou New Town Investment Group Co., Ltd., with stable outlook.

Hong Kong, 2 December 2024 – China Chengxin (Asia Pacific) Credit Ratings Company Limited (“CCXAP”) has assigned the long-term credit rating of BBB_g- to Chengdu Jianzhou New Town Investment Group Co., Ltd. (“JNTI” or the “Company”), with stable outlook. At the same time, CCXAP has assigned senior unsecured debt rating of BBB_g- to the proposed offshore bonds.
