China Chengxin International ranked number one Chinese CRA by Insurance Asset Management Association of China
The Insurance Asset Management Association of China (“IAMAC”) announced the 2016 annual rating results of the credit rating agencies (CRA) on 28 September 2017. China Chengxin International Credit Rating Company Limited (“CCXI”) stands out on the top.
IAMAC adopted the guidelines of China Insurance Regulatory Commission (“CIRC”) to do the assessment on 10 CRAs which came in voluntarily. The assessment results were determined by insurance industry experts, institutional investors and regulators based on the quality of CRAs, questionnaire on rating quality, evaluation from regulators as well as negative factors including occurrence of credit risk events and violation of compliance.
