China Chengxin International Credit Rating Co., Ltd. (CCXI) and China Chengxin Securities Rating Co., Ltd. (CCXR) are accredited by the China Insurance Regulatory Commission (CIRC) in accordance with Announcement No.61 on 17 October 2013. CIRC, the insurance industry regulator, has laid down the rule that insurance funds are restricted to investing in bond issues with credit ratings assigned by the accredited credit rating agencies by CIRC.

根據《中國保監會關於加強保險資金投資債券使用外部信用評級監管的通知》（保監發〔2013〕61號）的規定，中國保監會對下列7家信用評級機構能力認可的備案材料進行了評估，現予以公告。

上述信用評級機構承諾接受中國保監會的持續監管及行業協會的自律管理，配合中國保監會對相關信用評級業務的詢問和檢查，依規履行報告義務。
