CCXAP assigns BBBg- to Binhai Industry & City Integration Industrial Development Co., Ltd.’s proposed offshore bonds
Hong Kong, 8 December, 2023 – China Chengxin (Asia Pacific) Credit Ratings Company Limited (“CCXAP”) has assigned a senior unsecured debt rating of BBBg- to the proposed offshore bonds to be issued by Binhai Industry & City Integration Industrial Development Co., Ltd. (“BHIC”) (BBBg-/ Stable).
