Hong Kong, 6 July 2021 – China Chengxin (Asia Pacific) Credit Ratings Company Limited (“CCXAP”) assigns BBBg+ to the proposed US dollar-denominated senior green notes to be issued by Sino-Ocean Land Treasure IV Limited, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Sino-Ocean Group Holding Limited (“Sino-Ocean”), and unconditionally and irrevocably guaranteed by Sino-Ocean.
The ultimate rating on the proposed US dollar-denominated notes is contingent upon the receipt of final documents conforming to information already received.
