CCXAP publishes its rating methodology for financial guarantors
Hong Kong, 31 January 2022, China Chengxin (Asia Pacific) Credit Ratings Company Limited (“CCXAP”) has published a new rating methodology for financial guarantors. The methodology applies to financial guarantors globally, including guarantee companies, re-guarantee companies and other credit enhancement institutions with similar characteristics. CCXAP has not rated any entities that match our definition of financial guarantors as of today, so adoption of this methodology is not expected to cause any rating changes.
