Mr. Philip Li spoke at "HSBC Forum: China Globalizing: China Rising" on 27 March 2014
Our Managing Director, Mr. Philip Li, discussed with the other three panelists on the development of China's bond market and how international investors can make the most of greater access to this vast market as it opens up. Mr. Justin Chan, Deputy Head of Global Markets ASP & Head of HK Trading, HSBC gave the introduction of the RMB market; the other three panelists were Mr. Francis Chu, Executive Director of Hong Kong Monetory Authority; Ms Cecilia Chan, Fixed Income CIO, Asia Pacific, HSBC; Mr. Oliver Weisberg, Managing Director of Citadel (Hong Kong).
The Forum was held in Island Shangri-la Hotel, Hong Kong on 27 March 2014. Prof. K.S. Chan, Acting Financial Secretary of Hong Kong SAR Government gave the key note speech.
