On 12th April 2016, “China’s Panda Bond Market Analysis and Outlook” forum was successfully held by China Chengxin Credit Rating Group at JW Marriott Hotel Hong Kong.

The founder & Chairman of the Group, Mr. Mao Zhenhua delivered the opening remarks and the Chairman of CCXAP, Mr. Philip Li gave a keynote speech. The professionals from CCX group shared their opinions on the updates on China’s panda bond market including the development of the market, the analysis of the regulations and policies, the rating framework of panda bond, key rating considerations of bond issued by financial and non-financial institutions and panda bond prospective. The forum also invited the industry experts to join the panel discussion on panda bond issuance process. The panelists include Mr. Qiu Wei, the Deputy General Manager of Bank of China HK Branch; Mr. Xinying Zheng, the Managing Director of Investment Banking Department of China Merchants Bank; Mr. Tim Yip, the Director of Head of Cross Border Renminbi of HSBC; Mr. John Lee, the Partner of Allen&Overy and Mr. Sophia Li, the Partner of Ernst&Young.
