Weekly Report of China Bond Market (Dec 9 - 13)

Highlight

*The People's Bank of China has suspended all reverse-repurchase contracts, leading to a net withdrawal of CNY 37 billion from the open market last week.

*CNY 0.2 billion corporate bonds, CNY 21.3 billion enterprise bonds, CNY 5.9 billion medium-term notes and CNY 11.05 billion short-term notes were issued last week. The total issue amount of these four types of issues was 0.9% higher than the previous week's level.

*China's 10-year government bond yield was up 2bps at 4.54%.
